Custom Injection Molding Services

At ProPlas Technologies we provide custom injection molding services that simplify the process of fabricating components and assemblies for a wide variety of industries. We can produce parts with sizes ranging from micro to large as well as multi-component assemblies. Employing a scientific molding approach and utilizing elements of de-coupled molding, we offer the latest technologies in molding processes such as insert molding, overmolding, reel-to-reel, two-shot, structural foam, high cavitation/hot runner systems, and automation integration.

Working with high performance engineering grade materials such as polypropylene, olefins, and nylons, enables us to meet the needs of healthcare, consumer, aerospace, and electronics industries. Our process offers a clamping force of 30 to 610 tons, an area of 300 in², and shot size of 2 g to 7 lbs. Components can be produced with a wall thickness down to .004" and cavities ranging from 1 to 128. Our tightest tolerances for injection molding are held to ±.0001".
