Injection Mold Design, Engineering & Fabrication Services

At ProPlas Technologies we work in partnership with our clients to design, engineer, and fabricate injection molds that exceed expectations. We bring our expertise and state-of-the-art technologies to all aspects of injection mold fabrication. Beginning with engineering, we work through part design, design for manufacture, FMEA, and mold flow to ensure the customer’s requirements are met. We utilize precision CNC milling centers, high speed CNC machining, and sinker CNC EDM equipment, and provide in-house end of arm tooling and fixtures, as well as automation.

We have the capabilities to make injection molds from aluminum, P-20, hardened steel, or SPI class 105 to 101. Molds can have from 1 to 32 cavities and measure up to 64” long, up to 34” wide, and up to 36” high. Our facility can fabricate molds that weigh up to 15,000 lbs. Throughout the manufacturing process; all steps are verified using first article inspection, design validation, and process validation. We work to tightest tolerances of ±.0001”.
